When are the beach chairs and other beach equipment available for us to use?
If you have already reserved beach chairs or other beach equipment with us, they can be used between 9am and 5pm every day of the week depending on the weather.
Should I call ahead to make a reservation for the beach chairs or other beach equipment that I would like to use if I am staying at a property serviced by Sunset Beach Service?
You can either call ahead (no earlier than two weeks ahead of time please) or see our on-site beach attendant when you arrive to make your reservation with us. Reservations can also be made online on our services page.
How can I pay Sunset Beach Service for beach equipment rentals?
You can either pay our on-site beach attendant with credit card, check or cash. Or if you are making reservations before your arrival (no earlier than two weeks ahead of time), reserve online on our services page.

Do you offer discounted rates for multiple day rentals?
Yes we do. Our discounts are listed with our pricing on our services page.
Can I get a refund?
No we are sorry but we cannot give refunds.
When would our umbrells be put away before the 5pm end of day time?
The umbrellas might need to be picked up or taken away during high wind days for safety.
Can we move our set up to another area of the beach?
You can move the chairs to wherever you like. See the attendant if you wish the umbrella to be moved.
